Jason Bonham’s drumming with Led Zeppelin on Monday (December 10) has earned high praise from one of the world’s best sticksmen.

Bonham took over the drum stool from his father John, who died in 1980, for the reunion gig at the O2 Arena in London.

His work behind the kit went down well with the shows audience, including Foo Fighters’ frontman and former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl.

“That was amazing,” Grohl told The Sun. “Jason Bonham was fantastic on drums. I think he was even better than me.” read more
